IRVINE, Calif., August 29, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC) announced that this year’s annual Building Industry Show in-person event will be held September 14-15. The event will take place at Anaheim Congress Center at Anaheim, California.
As one of the best-known construction fairs in Southern California, the Building Industry Show (BIS) offers industry professionals valuable resources, industry connections and a place to connect with peers. Builders big and small can use this conference as well as Trades, Associate Members, BIASC Board of Directors, Chapter Boards and NextGen/Emerging Leaders/Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) members.
BIS’ first day of the two-day festivities will include a launch party at the House of Blues in 7 p.m. – 12 a.m.with a performance of Samy Hagar and The Circle. There will be an additional special performance by the former BIASC President and longtime member Tom Grablewith his band The Vinyl Four.
On the second day, attendees will have the opportunity to attend the opening breakfast where a discussion on adult and independent living will take place, followed by exhibit hours from 9am-5pm. The opening hours will provide networking opportunities, showcase innovative projects on the exhibition floor, provide insight into the current landscape and the future of the industry, and act as a fun and insightful event for all building industry levels and sections.

The Perfect Storm panel, based on BIASC’s Perfect Storm educational series, aims to give builders, associates and all of their employees an understanding of building industry regulatory elements and how they might change operations and have an impact on staff. This roundtable will be followed by a presentation on regional perspectives and educational sessions in small groups.
