Andrii Osadchuk, member of the Holos party and Ukrainian MP, speaks with Yasmin Vossoughian about his reaction to the latest attacks in kyiv and Ukraine’s adoption of a declaration calling Russia’s actions a genocide. “Victory in this war is not only the defeat of the Russian army on Ukrainian soil. Victory in this war brings accountability and responsibility for all criminals, all those who have committed war crimes in Ukraine,” Osadchuk said.
